1- Travel's Contract
The contract concerning the programs that are published here must be
considered regulated according to the present general conditions.
2- Bookings
The acceptance of the bookings by us is subordinated to the availability of
spaces and the contract is binding when we accept the booking by sending you a
confirmation Email or Fax
3- Documents for Expatriation
No responsibility competes to us for each and any damage deriving to the
traveler for the impossibility to begin and/or go on trip if it's due the lack
or to irregularity of the prescribed personal documents for expatriation, (identity-card,
passport, vaccinations, sanitary certificate, pass...).
4- Validity of Quota-Shares
The quotas, if nothing is specified otherwise, are considered for one person,
quotas can be modified in consequence of variations of changes, of the rates
of the vectors, of the airport-taxes, of the tourist services and of possible
adjournments of fiscal shares. If the modification of the quotas exceeds the
10% of general amount, the traveler will be able to recede from the contract,
without penalty, in the case that he gives written communication to us within
48 hours from his acquaintance of the modification, according to the date of
the notification of variation by us that, otherwise, is considered as approved.
5- Variations of Programs
We can replace the vectors and hotels with other one with the same
characteristics in the case that it becomes necessary for operative and other
reasonable causes. If after the departure we will not able to give an
essential part of the services, it will arrange alternative solutions without
supplements for the traveler and if the performances will be of inferior value
in comparison to those which had been programmed, the traveler will be
adequately refunded.
6- Recess and Cancellations
The traveler can recede from the contract without any penalty, only if he
received a communication about the modification of an essential element,
according to the mentioned art. 4, in this case, if he practices the recess,
he is entitled to a staying at another all-inclusive trip; otherwise will be
indemnified for his previous expenses up to the moment of the recess. The
staying or the all-inclusive trip that the traveler chose will not be less
expansive than the previous one. If we are not able to propose a trip which is
equivalent in price, the traveler will be indemnified for any difference
between the two prices. If the traveler recedes from the contract for
different reasons and not according to the previous ones, the quota-shares and
the following sum will be debited:
-Notice of cancellation is required at least 30 working days prior to arrival. -From the 29th working day to the 16th, we will reserve the right to retain half of the deposit. -We will be unable to make any refund from 15 working days, or less, days prior to arrival. -Please note that we will retain $15 from any money refund due to administrative costs
*Important note only for passengers taking the Inca trail trekking services
Please note that the Inca trail trekking itself or as part of a package is
non-refundable. The 50% deposit you put down is used to reserve space and once
a space is booked it cannot be resold afterwards. Also note that it is not
allowed to do the following changes (Inca trail)
-Starting date
-Names of passengers
-Number of passport
The above terms and rules are requested by the INC (National institute of
Culture) and not by us.
************************************************************************ Airline or Train tickets refund is subject to the services provider refund policy.
No reimbursement for all combinations there will be if one doesn't go to the
departure and if someone for any reason breaks his journey ( if interested you
should consider to buy a travel insurance ). No reimbursement there will be
for lack or inaccuracy of personal documents of expatriation.
7- Substitution of Bookings
A person who renounces can be replaced by another one if we was informed in
writing within 15 working days from the date fixed for the departure ( THIS IS
NOT VALID FOR INCA TRAIL TREKKING, see above ) if there is no problem about
the passport, the pass, the sanitary certificates, accommodations, services
transport or something that makes make impossible the performance of the trip
for another person.
8-Booking Changes
Modifications are allowed up till 30 working days prior to arrival , From the
29th working day to the 16th we reserve the right to accept the
modification required or not , according to the availability of rooms and
services . We will be unable to accept any booking change from 15 working days,
or less, days prior to arrival .
9- Responsibility
Passengers are participating in the activities with knowledge of the dangers
involved and assume any and all risks of illness, injury, emotional trauma and
death and hereby release and discharge us and our associated from all actions,
claims, demands for damages resulting in your participation in the trip and or
adventure.
